Some dishes can be prepped just as you leave a previous stop or start a day and will be fine, while others (like salad or cinnamon rolls) will go off pretty quicklyĬtrl to serve all ready dishes. You have a countdown timer to when the next stop will be which can vary in time. If some dishes you put on the menu are holding station optional, you can still prepare the individual dishes as people request them You get recipes 'requested' between stops, but they're prepped and stored ready to be served. In a way the stops function like their own 'rush hour' sessions. If you know recipe A will only be requested twice, but recipe B ten times, you can load up ahead of time Holding stations are still here, and when you're prepping you get to see how much demand for a particular dish will be at the next stop. For some levels you'll need to achieve a set difficulty number, but this looks like it can be done with a mix of very high ratings and low ratings (I've only unlocked level 1 dishes so far) You will always be asked for 6 recipes, though each one seems to have a difficulty rating to it. So far the food truck idea seems to be very well executed. I bought CSD 1 when it first came out, and was very meh on 2 when that was initially released, so take my opinions on 3 with that in mind: I went 'screw it', picked this up, and played for 30mins so far.
